how to draft a contract and send it

choose a products, number the quantity to sell

below the table, put the asked price.

that's is putting item on the market.

i need to know the way to send a contract and not market.

1) Go to warehouse.
2) Select the number of the desired product.
3) Enter the contract price in the right-side "unit price" field under the heading "Send as contract to a company."
4) Enter the receiver of the contract in the "Company name" field under the heading "Send as contract to a company."
5) Click the send button.
6) Click the execute button.
