Missing contest certificate

I would like to know when exactly CC's are delivered, because the new contest has started (new newspaper) yet I have no contract. I won 1 (rank 33, R1) certificate.

OK, I have another theory:

This "Glass Q0 contest" is a decoy for a few hours and in fact the real contest will be published in the stats where it currently says "No contest in progress".

Ok, I am now certain this confusion was intended, or at least the not-being-able-to-send-glass-to-the-contest thing.

VerConMat's maybe when I supposed this made me 50% sure, but now when I asked GoldenEye, he said to read the hints in the KapiTimes instead of saying "Oops, a little mistake but it has been fixed now".

That means most of the confusion was certainly intended, probably even the prizes not being sent because that would have been fixed by now if GoldenEye wanted to (since GoldenEye was online at some point in this confusion when he replied to my message, so the "Oh, but GoldenEye wasn't online to fix it" excuse doesn't apply).

Phew, quite a lot of evidence there.

Maybe just different contest start time. We know what product, when contest end, but we don't know when contest start.

Because new contest not started we not received certificates.
