Gold

Following the advice of the previous thread id like to draw all gold producers to this, The offered price of gold is usualy 200 + Q meaning if q1 201c per gold

takes 850 power at min 0,25c

so 212.5

Water goes for 0,21 and needs 90

so 18,9

It cost 11,16 to produce

Total comes too 242.56

So as a bear minimum you must produce q 43 to make a profit and that being 0,44c per g

so the question is why do people still sell it so cheap.

Because I can, and It's free.

Really, people get stuck with loads of gold that no one wants, so they have to sell it somehow.

If the programmers made the demmend for gold products higher, it would open a new market, full of gold and shiny things

Not losing, but not generating a maximum profit.

They are still losing money. If you can sell power and water for more than gold... that is called losing money.

Losing profits, not money ;-)

I view losing money if you can see the sub product for more than the main product. While losing profits is selling the sub product for equal or less than the main product without maximizing profits.
