Blinking newspaper

Since when is it popping up and gone, up and gone?

It's supposed to do that when a new newspaper is published, it's never worked on R2, guessing they're working on it today.

There is a newspaper if you click on the flashing icon, just Sundays not a new one, it's supposed to stop flashing after you click on the icon don't think that problems been fixed yet.

There is someone working on it.
NYK described it correctly.

It will stop blinking... I don't know when but it is supposed to work properly and certainly will.

It has always stopped when I've clicked on the newspaper icon on R1.

Oh yes, sorry, now it does stop, but I remember at one point it wouldn't stop in R1 either...

And an additional info for all interested players that are "annoyed" by the blinking newspaper-icon:

You can use one of the following to direct-links for a GFX-pack.
Then you will have got a different Kapilands-layout and no blinking icon.

Orange/brown-skin:

Both GFX-packs are taken from the German version of Kapilands so please do not wonder that there are some German words in it.

Those skins are a little crazy but good

glad to put back to normal though, the cast of CSI in the research buildings was surprising, another alternative if you have ad block+ is just to right click and block the image for now until it's fixed.
