Can't take a loan?

When I go to the bank I can't take out a loan. Why?

it was buggy, so no one can get loans anymore

Honestly it was not "buggy".

It worked the way it was intended to. Yet players did not manage (for what ever reason - this is not important at this point) to pay back the loan in time.
The following steps occured and due to this some more or less popular players lost their accounts.

After a long internal discussion and a discussion with players, upjers decided to follow the wish of many players and remove the loan-system from Kapilands.
That is why you cannot take any new loans anymore.

The only reason to take it off, is to make less players leave because of losing your company due to a loan you can't return.
Why would players want to remove it? If they didn't like it, they didn't had to use it! (that's my question!)

some players are just like real life people. They don't know when to stop.

It could be nice if we could take loans every once in a while...
It heppence alot that I'm out of money, and I'm in need for it asap xD

But didn't several people have the money but it didn't take the money and they couldn't access any of their buildings or pay back the loan, so they got stuck with a dud account.

People had the money and took out loans which weren't that big... but in compensation the system took every single one of their buildings without a way to get them returned.

Ofc it would be nice to bring it back, but the system would have to be changed... and that's a lot of effort to put in for such a small item.
