There are so many ways to help them without breaking rules like
1. Selling them steel at 100 and re-buying at 135
2. Selling research at cost price
3. Buy there goods at ridiculous prices as long as not Npc

The list goes on.

That's deinatley a ban I'm afraid. 20-30% difference is way too much.

Also selling research is a good move, but he has his own higher Q research...
And buying their gas at a high price is the only really acceptable option- But ofc this service will include FAQ's etc I guess.

That is not ban worthy. If it where I would have been banned hundreds of times over the past few years.
