My question about quality

How comes i don't see any effect from my researches.
I'm now at lvl 3 for seeds, but when i produce seeds I still get this:

There are 10 Seeds quality 0 in production.
Ready in 0 h. 0 min. 40 sec. Production costs: 0.10

To change the quality go ingame under production - choose a plantation - after that look up on the left side, there is standing something like quality level. And now change it

You can change it e.g. up to 99. Now you will be producing seeds with the quality of 1

Quality = Seeds ( Quality 3 ) + Water (Quality 0)
Total: 3/2 = 1,5 -> 1
