Question about researching

If I build 2 times a Mine & Well RC is it possible than to research Q3 oil on the first one and than on the other one Q4 oil?

so you get something like

Mine & Well RC S:2 20 m

no, you can't

you can research the next quality only after the previous quality is already researched

than you just make 127 research centres and voila you have Q127 (i know there is a limit but whatever and it take 90+ years to get Q127 at 20qm.)
