Prices for chem rc's

Looking for 2 10,000m2 + chem rc's, Ive seen some on the building market close to that, one for 1.2 billion (8656m2) and another for 4.2billion (18040m2) but those seemed a little high priced to me so is that a high price for an rc of that size or is it reasonable?

P.S. I am in realm 1

They are high priced because you can research so much with them. What realm are you one?

oh sorry realm 1, and i know their high priced and i expect to pay a high price, but i was just wondering if it was a resonable price for one thoes size
