How do you post adds in the newspaper?

In the German version of Kapilands there is a newspaper which is issued once a week. It is created by users who write and send articles and create the HTML. In some pages of the newspaper there are advertisments sent by users.

As there are not so many users in Kapilands.com we don't have an newspaper. Another reason is that an English issue of the "KapiTimes" should mostly be written by native speakers. It would be a real mess if the German editors would write English articles because our English is not that good and we would need ours. Additionally there is a German issue which wants to be created
