Shares Sales?

I went to finances section and as income i saw shares income. Now i do not know anything about the shares in the game, can anyone explain?

shares fail.
they don't work, and spending any money on them is a lose

same thing about loans.

you can find them at the 'office' at 'credits'

Sucks. It should have a good loan and share system for a good business simulator

loan system was good... but most 'forgot' to give back the money they took and lost all their money
