Building price

Is there a general price for buildings that you want to sell to other people or on the market? I looked at the market and the prices are sort of all over the place.

think how much you would pay for it and put it on the market for that. Bigger buildings do sell for more per m

there really isn't. if u want to sell it fast sell it cheaply. you have time put it up for a really high price.

if someone wants to buy a building they will buy one. the price won't matter much to them. but they will buy cheapest first. and maybe highest value first.

so if you want it to sell, sell it cheaply. if u have time sell it high. it will sell sooner of later.

different market but status symbols. i put on one there for 480mil realm 2. had to wait three weeks but it sold. now it would have sold the came day if i would have sold it for 60mil. which is the price most people say they are worth.

I know there are many ways to think about this. but the above is from my experience.

I want to buy more wells but they are all at ridiculous prices. The building market has gone gone out of control, most of the buildings i want to buy (wells) at the cheapest market price, will take about 100 days to pay of at the current oil price (R2).

well some buildings are fewer and cost more
wells take more to expand and this is why they cost more
big Chem RC are very rare and peaople pay alot for them

but if it is a big building, it would take you more than 100 days just to construct, let alone pay off
