contract for contest denied

i want to put apple juice on the contest.
my apple juice is q4 and i send it to the company contest for 3 caps but they tell me that my contract denied.
please help.
i dont want all my apple juice to go wasted

next time, only send 1 unit and if it doesnt accept you will know you have wrong one
