Ok this is kind of noob but now I really want to use the quality Level set.
I have a beverages factory and need to produce apple juice.
I have Quality level: 4
But every time I try to produce it goes like this:
Quality = Apple juice (Quality 0) + Apples (Quality 3) + Sugar (Quality 46)
Total: 49/3 = 16
Whats wrong with this thing?????
Thanks for any replies and the possible help people!!!

If you produce your own sugar set that level to 9. That would give you Q 4 apple juice.
When setting a level you only set the level of the the product being produced, all sub product Qualities are counted.
Hope that makes sense

what you are saying is that I can only control the research that I have of the product I want to make...
right?

Right.
Assume all inputs are Q0
If you had Q 12 apple juice and set your production level to say 6. you would produce Q2 apple juice. set the level to 3 and you would produce Q1.
Any sub product Qualities would be added to the quality of the apple juice you are producing before dividing by 3.

Yes; if the sum quality of all the elements/number of elements >1

when producing, you only control the quality level of the material you produce and not the quality of the other materials needed
