Advertisement colors

I have tried 3 different types of hexadecimal color codes and none of them seem to work. This would not be a problem except i want to change my company name but it won't let me change any data.
I just end up getting this message

Data could not be changed,
because the entered colors are no hexadecimals.

What format do you use?

You need to use RGBHEX colors instead of normal hex colors.

Could you give an example of lets say the color....light brown? I cant seem to find it when i google search: RGBhex color codes
