How many points does each quality level of advertisements add on to it? Does someone know the algorithm, or better, another thread that explains the economical value of these ads?

one quality one ad is equal to 1 ad point.

one q12 add is equal to 13 ad points.

its quality add one.

price per point

so if i bought one q0 ad off the market at 250 caps, one ad point would become 250 caps per point.(250/1)

but if i bought 1 q12 ad of the market at 390caps it would be 13 ad points
so (390/13) 30 caps per point.

hope this helps...if not a pro will clarify it !

Q0 advertisement =1 ad point
Q1 advertisement =2 adpoints
Q2 advertisement =3 adpoints
Q10 advertisement = 11 adpoints and so on..

formula: adpoint =Q advertisement +1

You need 40.000 adpoints for 1 shop to fill.
A full shop with ads cuts your sellingtime in half.
More then 40.000 adpoints does not make a difference, so do not fill your shop with more.
40.000 is the max.

Buying ads: "normal prices" in realm 2 are between 17 to 22 caps per adpoint. ( in my opinion).

Higher Q ads are often cheaper then lower Q ads even if it doesn't look like it on first sight.

On the market;
Q10 advertisement for 350 each.
Q40 advertisement for 890 each.

As you can see, it looks like Q10 is much cheaper then Q40, but when you see the price per adpoint you notice it is not.

For example:
Q40 advertisements offered for 890.
Calculation: 890/41= 21,7 caps per adpoint.

Q10 advertisements offered for 350.
Calculation: 350/11 = 31,8 caps per adpoint.

Formula: price per adpoint = price advertisement / (Q advertisement +1).

you need 40.000 adpoints to fill a shop, so how many advertisements do you need?
Q10 advertisement: you would need 3636 advertisements to fill your shop
(40.000/11)

Q40 advertisement: you would need 975 advertisements to fill you shop.
(40.000/41)

Formula: amount of advertisements needed to fill your shop = 40.000 adpoints / (Q advertisement +1).

350(price Q10 advertisement) x3636= 1272600 caps for a full shop

890 (price Q40 advertisement) x975=867750 caps for a full shop.

The difference is 404850 caps.
So the high quality advertisements are cheaper.

Hope it is clear for you now. :D

Are advertisement costs in your stores being included in Fixed Assets amount or it is just "wasted" money?

It is not wasted because of the benefit you have when you sell your products in your shop.
When you sell your building to someone you can calculate the advertisementcost in your price, but when it comes to FA count, yes in that respect you could say it is wasted money.
Only the expansioncost counts as FA.
Not the materialcost and not the advertisement cost.
