The best way(I think) for the begginers

Post by Guest » 25.03.2007, 09:10

Hi to all begginers!
I think that is the best way for begginers, becouse it is easy and profitable:

first you will have 680000 caps. then lets say you sell 3000 steel for 128. you will get 384000. you will have 1,064,000.00

Another good way is to build stores and buy the goods - a reseller. I started that way with gas (being that my third try = two resets). Next - build the tree from root = store, branches = factory, leaves = mine/well. And don't forget about RC!

Yes,its good too,but but demand on gas is now already very fulfiled by suply, and in future will be more and more...and groceries arent very profitable...and for other stores there is hard to get goods...but price on steel will be(in greman version is) always there about 130caps...it is very safety becouse you produce all rav materials yourself.

I agree.
And about the rules for red/green/yellow:

Build your powerplant in industrial area,
if you plan to produce things that do not consume too much power,
in farming area if it does.

Build your factory in industrial area,
if the production cost is not too high,
in farming area if it does.

Build your Well in farming area,
if you want water from it.

But you can realize later, that it is almost always best to build in industiral, except for mines and wells (in raw material area). But when that became critical, you will have enough money to sell those old buildings and build new ones in Germany/France/Turkey (factories) or Oman/Arabia (wells & mines).

BTW: I can hardly see red (fraction). Actualy, I CAN see red (color), but can not recognise the difference between yellow and green well (green and brown, etc).

Do you produce your own stuff to sell in stores?

i do produce my own stuff but i cant make everything as fast as i can sell it so i still buy off market is it is still a very good profit

My wells are not big enough yet. I buy good quality Oil at the market for now. I also created some imbalance - am selling 7000 Gas/day and can produce 12000 Gas/day... I will sort things up soon :)

You make a lot better profit producing your own stuff.

I disagree that they're the most profitable though.

I'm having a blast with steel and coal production.

I did a small calculation about the factories and steel. It seems that you can produce steel at 9c (9,125). I used the factory in green for final production, factory in red for chemicals, mines in yellow and powerplant and well in green. For highest production rate, it makes 23c (22,955).

23/9 ratio seems to me, that I will use the low cost scenairo to produce steel for myself - I can grow at double rate!

But 130-23 / 130-9 ratio is not worth it, if you want to sell steel.

The formula looked like that:
S + 1,295 + 279,5*pwr + 53,5*water,
Where S = 4,5 or 15, pwr&water = 0,01 or 0,02.

I could be mistaken, after all, I am only human ;)

That was a HUGE mistake!! 5000c/10m2 + 50*levelFactor + ....
Compared to that... Factory in RED, Wells in YELLOW, Farms in GREEN.

To be mistaken is to be a human :)

But... somebody high level, how is it with the raw materials? 50@Merchant, 55@Retailer, 60@Trader.... and the money still 5000c/10m2?

(EDITED: 50@Merchant, not Manager.)
