Research buildings expansion administration

The building is just like any other Expansion Admin building. It allows you to expand any amount of research centers at the same time.

Which Is kinda pointless because I doubt anyone expands more than 2 or 3 RCs at any one time and almost never for the same time. Super-maxi players who are expanding for months not included
