Statussymbols without the building

I wonder if I buy a statussymbol like the Rothschild_1988 which can be displyed in a wine cellar, without having the building, what happends?

Is it at all possible to buy one? I haven't tried as I don't know what happend with the wine. If I can buy it, but then loose the item because I have no storage, the loss would be significant

Oh, an other thing. There is several items listed as limited offer, will theese never be listed again and therefor have some, if any, colectors value?

You won't loose your wine... it will just be added to your status-warehouse.
There are, however, quests later on, for which you have to build some of the special buildings. But you will be informed about his by the system.

I am not sure to 100% whether the limited offers will disappear forever from the list after some time. I know, that they disappear after a special period of time... but do not know, for how long...

U might get the price doubled or tripled later on when its been years
