Special building tasks.

How often do these tasks come up in special buildings? I have my first task completed, got this 6 hour countdown which is now over, but there's no new task yet.

how often do tasks come up for a 1 employee / 20m

At your size stay away from special buildings. Special buildings are for those of us with extra cash laying around that need to be put to some use.

To answer your question, again, for every 20m2 of a special building you can hire 1 employee. For every 1 employee in the Kindergarden, Nursing Home, Homeless Shelter, Hospital and Community Building you can 1 new task.

Yeah by extra cash we mean people who always have over 1bil cash on hand no matter how hard they try to shift it

Even I can't really say that on realm 1 and I can assure you that I have a lot more than 6mil in fixed assets(if your sig is anything to go by! )

it also all depends on how hard you want to work on these special buildings though

it cost me just over 100,000.00 to get the first task completed in my homeless shelter, which is easily 'spare cash' to me,
considering my daily income. (which isn't millions but it's more than I spend for sure.)

I'll probably just have the 3 buildings, and I'll only complete the first task on them.
Then I'll have 63 points and I'll be happy with that score until I'm a billionaire or something

actually expanding and doing task after task in a row, that would indeed take millions, which I don't have, and I'm not planning on doing that just yet either

it depends on how you want to play the game

If you want maximum profit and grow your company as fast as possible, then it's not a good idea.

My goal is to just play around a bit with the functions that open up when I reach a new level, while keeping a reasonable profit

Yes I have done that too, just play around with shops and functions and try things.
It did take me a lot longer to grow bigger but I also had more fun doing it like this.
I still [censored] around a little sometimes just to see how it will work out, it is more fun like that.
