I,m new to this but a company in realm 2 selling wood at 20000 and peole are buying it,whats that all about?

It is against the rules to sell Q0 products above the NPC price. Don't worry about them, the Admins will take care of the problem.

Thought it was odd as they made 20m plus in about an hour.I thought maybe a large company must buying and setting another person up.

There's always people like that, selling a single stone for 1 million caps and such...

Just ignore them, and make sure you're buying or selling at prices below the NPC on the market (Raw Material LLC)
