What does these buildings do?
What does buildings like homeless shelter, hospital and wine cellar do?

In a wine cellar you can store wine which is a status symbol that can be bought ingame with coins.
It does nothing, except raise status symbol score.
Left side of your screen ingame: there you see score..
You can also get status symbols by quests that you sometimes get from the system in your postbox, or you can do quests with special buildings
like the hospital or/ homelss shelter, there you can fulfill orders like: so many breads, shoes sugar etc.
In return for delivering those items to the hospital or homeless shelter you get some points for your score.
Some people have it as one of their goals to make a high score.
