what determits a price of a share?
and are loans for premium users only?

Dont buy shares the system doesnt work and the loans didnt work properly either causeing people to lose their whole accounts, so it was stopped and removed from the game. The whole bank should be removed soon.

The banks a dud, it will be removed when the next version rolls over untill then just dont touch it
