Ok, I'm thinking now about researching. Let's take Oil for example.
Currently I don't have much money, and I can build Mine & Well RC only in green area. And this is good for me, because the time of researching currently is not very important.

BUT! I guess, that in the future I will need to research faster, and going to build one more Mine & Well RC in red area. Will I loose all my researches in the new RC and start from 0 quality?

Also, if I build 10 Mine & Well RC and try to research only Oil in all of them, will the time of research be divided by 10?

If you build a second research center, you keep the levels of research you reached so far. The only problem you will have is that you can only research one product at a time in one of your research centers. You can't research for instance oil 3 in one and oil 4 in the other RC. So if you want to speed up your research of one single product, you have to expand your research center.

One more question: does the quality of steel reflect on buildings? For example, if I use steel q5, the quantity for a building will be only 10 kg.
