I have some modest furniture stores 1.2k total and im experimenting with pricing. My question is simply what is so great about wardrobes? I produce Q10 myself and total costs are 2.4k for each unit and sales price is around 3k to make anywhere near a good turnover (1.5k daily sold). People buy these for 2.5k ea and thats only 500 profit equaling 600k proit per 1k of space daily. So whats the big deal, if 1k of build space costing up to 30m to make will take 50 days to pay for itself. Not what I would call a great profit margin (my old 500m platations made above this
