Getting the most Fixed Assets for your Capi. (Beginner Help)

There are a number of goals people have playing Kapilands. One of them is usually being the highest ranked in Fixed Assets. For those players, here is your golden list for getting the most Fixed Assets for your money. (The higher the Percentage the more Fixed Assets you get for your money.)

(All calculations where taken from the level Billionaire using NPC prices for materials. This list also includes Special Buildings which costs the same no matter your level.)

The special buildings are only available to level retailer and above?

I'm still a merchant right now, and I can't find an option to build special buildings.

It is Small Businessman and above.

Not that anyone really wants to at that level unless you never want to grow. The special builds are usualy reserved for the richer players who want to splash around their cash
