I have looked every were for this, I know it is 60 standard and additional 40 with premium, what I would like to ask is, out of the buildings you can build, how many of each can you have, can you have more then one mine, or well, etc, so that I can produce a lot of stones, water, wood.

Well...

You can have a maximum of 60 buildings without a premium-account and 100 buildings with a premium-account.
Special buildings and administrative building are not counted.

And so you have got 60/100 slots that you can use the way you want.
So you can build 60/100 fruit plantatations, 30 wells and 70 beverages stores, 10 gas stations and 89 Chemical-RCs and 1 factory or whatever you want.

You can use the buildings slots however you want to use them.

remember 2x20m2 buildings are better than a 1x40m2 building. And yeah build as many as you want but I advise you to work out a good ratio eg I have 20mines to 1 power plant on R2 as i have 10bil power saved up. If i had no PP's though that would run out a lot faster!
