Premium Buildings

OK, this has been discussed in great detail I know, but it's become impossible for me to carry on playing this game with the premium bug as it is.
I have 10 normal buildings and 90 premium buildings.
This month has seen the price of coins go from 120m/coin to 200m/coin. My company does not make 4billion a month.
Therefore, I cannot continue.
I have raised this issue with the forum mods and there has been no joy, so at the end of this month - I will be unable to continue.

And that's it, no discussion required - just a goodbye. Because of a bug.

How odd, they (administrators) seem to help others out with the premium building problem, why is it so difficult to help you??

Also your FA is rather low, maybe that is why you arent earning 4bil per month as i just about do with my FA, i think you just needed to of held off prem for a bit then when you got bigger buildings went in... Just for future reference. I hope you come back to play realm 3 though!

I think that this solution could solve your prob:
- Before your premium ends, send all your buildings thru contract to yourself
- Then after you have a regular account sign only the contracts of the buildings that you are interested in to keep for production, sales and research.

About the coins price, I know that at this moment the sale/buying price is too high (I am one of the resellers), but for almost 1 month that no one is supplying coins to the market.

Helloooo!!!

Felix: You just say goodbye and think this is normal??
Why won't somebody help him, I have seen him posting about this before and thought it would be sorted by now.
If this is happening to him it could also happen to you, or (god beware) to me!! (which would be even worse) so how about if someone explaines whats up with this premium bug once and for all?
40 are premium 60 are not.
Right??
Well if that is the case then it should stay that way even when premium is over and you would still have 60 buildings left to play with.
If you don't then there is a bug and it should be taken care of.
Not to complicated to grasp I should think.

I've tried that sending contract to myself - but they still come back as premium!

Also the advice about holding off premium for a few months - I don't think you have understood what I'm saying!! The only buildings I can use are my research buildings!! So how do you suggest this would help?

I know other people say that they have heard of this problem being sorted out by the admins - but I've never spoken to a person who says it's happened to them. So I assume it's an urban legend.

Still I would appreciate it if an admin would explain this thing, I think it is unfair that I buy coins (with real money) for a premium and I get punished for it by loosing buildings when my premium runs out.

And hebawom have you already tried upjers?
And if so what did they reply?

Have you signed the contracts, before or after you loose the premium account, cause at my knowledge after you loose the premium account, and start sign the buildings contracts they will change to normal, but you need to send them all to you before loosing the premium account, and only sign the contracts after loosing the premium account (will have a gap of 1 day)

This is definitely my last month of premium so will need all 60 building slots.

But I already passed your problem on. I just added an "urgent" to it.
They will try to solve your problem then as fast as possible.

This is the last I heard about the programmers sorting it out!!! What more can I do?? I can't remember about the signing - I assume it was after it ran out - but I will definitely try it again this time as well - just to confirm.

As I do not know exactely what the problem is in your case and how it differs from other players, the only thing I can do is to pass it on again.

Hmm.. I would just keep bugging them on the bug section if I were you, until they help you, this is ridiculous!!

And I tried that contract thing with the buildings a couple of days ago when my premium ran out.
I tried to sign the contracts but the system said I already reached my maximum of buildings and they would not let me sign.
So that did not work for me at all.

Edit: Oh, Goldeneye already responded, lets hope it gets sorted for you this time, it is also important to others.

How about selling 40 buildings so you get below the maximum amount of buildings ?

You want to quit premium, so you don't need them anymore anyway.

Also, the price has been going up for some time now, you could have prepared.
And last but not least, you are allowed to spend RL cash on buying coins when you really want premium :s

I know i would just sell my buildings when i decide to quit the premium.

Hi, thanks for your suggestion, but 91 of my buildings are premium - so I'd have to sell 91 of them. Which actually is a possibility I guess!
