just had a mail from the system saying the municiple power plant needs power and are willing to pay 10,000 caps for 500,000.
Is there any advantage in fullfilling the order or disadvantage if I don't ?

There is no advantage, and the only disadvantage is if you take the order because you will be selling your power for 0,02 while it can be sold for much more then that.
So don't do it.

Only mails you should fufill from the system are ones which say you will get something (eg a Quest for one of the 5 status symbols handed out)
OR
Ones which offer you a good deal eg 500 banannas for 0.1 each... which your secretary doesn't say anything bad about

How would i sent the municipal power plant the power they need if i should choose to do so?
I have tried sending a contract but the names i tried did not exist.

i think they send you a message again sayin do u want to or dont want to give the power..... i once declined but they sent that message again and i just accepted....

There is an option to accept the deal in the message itself.

Yes and this one has accept/deny in it- they give you a few days to get together the wares
