`new building or expand?

i am wondering ...should i buy new buildings or mabye expand thouse i have... couse i calculate cost off 20 m2 comapre to new building... coming with 20m2 form the begining its not worth to expand... mabye it is when it comes to selling buildings with advs in it but not in produce ...mabye im wrong im quite new to this game and i made few mistakes allready please tell me what to do!!!!!!!
