WEll no-one really is in those industries(except the electronic factory not sure whats up there) so you need to find a select buyer for those. also they aren't all round sizes(which people like ie 4000m2).

So yeah you need a select buyer and rounder sizes. It's hard to read so Not many people will read to the bottom of it, I say space the buildings names out highlight the sizes in bold and bump daily.

well... what i can say... The only two interesting buildings that would be for me the butcher shop's IF they were in red... i n green they do not produce many... :) and as felix said... make a nice list... like this you can use... maybe better then what it was... just the information you have to provide :)

It presently costs me about 21k per sqm to expand. 52k per sqm seems like a lot of allowance for the down time of expansion. I don't have any experience trading buildings and can't glean much from the limited selection of offerings. Do old players have rules of thumb for cost per sqm?

Also, buildings can only be bought by players with cash. I'm still expanding exponentially, albeit at an ever declining rate, so I can't buy buildings, even at great prices.

So basically the locations aren't great, still sellable if you make them seem good. I managed to shift 32 small factories in green before. Just show the price to make mention the time taken and how much they could earn from it and your away!

And a rule of thumb? per sqm i dont have one but For a building as a whole. take the total cost of building+expansion with materials at NPC price and time by 2-2.5

OR

Work out how much a building could make in 24hours(its main product it makes or sells) and times the amount of cash you could earn from that by 30-100... this is how many days it would take the person to pay off the cost of the building.

well, i have made them more "Flashy," and i had them just a little above 2.5 times the cost of how much it would cost to make them so i will lower it down to 2 times the cost which would make them cost around $40,000per m (but ill just put up the price in stead of how much they cost per meter)

lastly, if you know anyone who is in need of any of the buildings let me know

I thought factories were supposed to go in red, for 25% extra production. Why does this not apply to electronic factories?

Cause the production is quite cheaper.

Big industrialist with a e-factory 4.000sqm and E-components Q30:
- Located in Red: each costs 126,00 - Production hour: 596,27
- Located in Green: each costs 37,80 - Production hour: 470,74
Even with bigger production in red it compensates to produce in green due to costs, and this is also true with TV Stations.
