Lets say a good costs me 2 caps. The lowest price on market is 20 caps.
How low can i sell it to avoid problem with cheat rules ?

That is true but people believe that you shouldnt give any helping hands finance wise as some people are then left behind. The only grey area in helping people that i see is buildings. you see you can sell buildings at lots of diferent prices- a 4000m2 factory in red could be sold and bought fo anything between 180mil-450mil. And this is still seen as perfectly legal.
Hey... this is a game.felixbluindustries wrote:That is true but people believe that you shouldnt give any helping hands finance wise as some people are then left behind.

And by the way: What would the statistics be worth if you knew that "cheating" is allowed? Absolutely nothing!
Are you sure?felixbluindustries wrote:The only grey area in helping people that i see is buildings. you see you can sell buildings at lots of diferent prices- a 4000m2 factory in red could be sold and bought fo anything between 180mil-450mil. And this is still seen as perfectly legal.
Don't lean to much out the window, please...

Generosity is a virtue while capitalism(Greed) is not !GoldenEye wrote: I like the answer that megg gave you.
This is not only for market-sales but also for contracts...megg wrote:Why wouldn't you try to sell if for the best price possible and mark it at just under or even with the lowest market price?
This is a "capitalistic" game... try to get most for your products.
And this is a business game, & "Free Trade" is just one strategy to play it. There are other ways of playing it like "Fair Trade"
So are you telling me I could get banned for selling products at twice their construction costs while the market value is 10 times?GoldenEye wrote:If you want to sell your product lower and think that 10 % under the market price is not low enough (for whatever you want to do) then you can try to go lower and find a better price for you.
But I cannot guarantee that going lower is without risks: Selling too low (or too high) leads to a ban of your account.
Example:
Power = 0.02c
water = 0.042c
Thanks, I'll keep all this in mind if I ever feel 'generous' enough to 'support' this game!
