Building valuation?

Hello again,

I have a factory in red which I'm thinking of selling... it's 1000m2, but I have no idea how much it's worth.

Is there some kind of "rule of thumb" for setting building valuations?

Go to www.kapitools.com and figure how much it had cost to build and them put some value on it to get some profit

consider the expansion time and calculate how much money you would make with that building in the time needed for expansion. add that to the construction cost and thats roughly the price you should sell for. (hint: 400 caps per employee per hour is a decent estimate for factories, joineries and stores)

i say either how much its primary product at Q0 can make per day times 30-90(1-3months of work)

or if thats not brilliant or the thing isnt that big go by 2.5 times the cost it took you to make it inc materials
