When I put 1 advertisement up, the time to see my items went down by few minutes. Then when I put another one(so a total of two), then time to sell the same thing went up. Why?

maximum of advertisement points in one shop is 40k and that halves the time, so your 1 point is really nothing

This is because supply and demand of items are always fluctuatiung, meaning prices change. WHen you add an advertisment to your store, it refreshes the stores tie in to the supply/demand factor. So in your case the demand went down slightly, this increased your time.

supply is the amount of products provided, demand is the amount of products needed and it doesn't go down

in economics (i think) demand can only go down if there is less ppl wants it, but in kapiland case, i believes demand could never go down (unless there is a mass ppl delete their acc )

On Free-Way Gas Productions, your context is only true, if the price go down due to the same amount of supply which leads to a lower demand for the product.

So in the correct context esp. in Kapiland would be, its the supply that goes up, which results the price to go down, due to oversupply of the stock given the same amount of demand.

Demand goes down if you fire workers... the demand is being calculated on the basis of workers in the specific country.

And one more thing is: the demand figure fluctuates all the time, whenever there are workers being hired, this figure changes.

Supply figure changes only once a day (during the night).
On the one hand, one ad is too less to have a real effect on the sales time. On the other hand the reason why the time went up could be that you filled the store... then in the night the figures changed (supply, average quality and average price) and on the next day you put in the advertising points. The sales time is being calculated newly, whenever you change something in your shop.

It might be better to refer to this as the demand-supply ratio. If demand goes up faster than the supply, it tends to cause the price to rise. If the supply goes up faster, it tends to cause the price to drop.
