i didn't get the answear in the original Kapitools topic, so I started a new one
i'm trying to find out the formula for calculating how much will I produce with how many workers, at first I thought it's linear (with 4 workers I make twice as much as with 2 workers) but it's not that easy
but the kapitools page counts it right, so i suppose the formula is not a secret

there's a 0.5% efficiency rate remember

what does it mean exactly? how do you count it?

I'm just a n00b, but i THINK it may mean a 0.5% extra efficiency per employee... or something relative to employees anyway.
Lack of documentation with the formulas etc is both one of the most frustrating and most fun part of this game :p

but the more employeees you have, the less efficient the building is

There is a wonderful calculator for you, why do you wanna know what is the formulation exactly?

Yeah, that`s right. With every new employee, you get 98% of the production of the first employee. The formula (I think not 100% exactly, but very close) is:
(production of one single employee)*((number of employees)^0.9855)

can anyone give me more exact formula?
the reason is, that I'm making a little tool to count my production output, I will share it when it's done

The exact one:
(production of one single employee)*((numer of employees)^(615937769/625000000))

Edit:
I found this one, perhaps it is more exact:
(production per employee)*(employees)*(0.995112^(employees-1))

It's funny, but if you don't say something different, everyone in boards or online-games assumes that you are male
