Are there limitations to expansions, quality etc...

Ive been looking around but I haven't found any answers.

So what is the maximum size of a building? Also is there a maximum in quality for something? Since there is a maximum for advertising I figured there should be a maximum for the other things.

The maximum size of a building is 32,676 m2.
And the highest research level is at 127. this will, however, take some time ;-)
