you can increase your level, when you have enough money

if you have more than 8million caps, you are a small businessman

But increasing a level is not really a good thing. At the beginning, you get new features, but then, you just have to pay more for you buildings, you produce less in your factories...

that's right! but level manager is the best level, because you can made a lot of things!
