Does a new contest start right after the old one finishes? If not, when does the new one start?

they will annonce the new contest in the kapi-times newspaper. You never know when they will have another one, maybe 2morow, maybe a month from now, it used to be consistent i've heard, but i know it hasn't been since i started playing.

i dont remember what happend but awile back everything stoped in kapilands there was no contests no news apers not annythin. it went onlike that for about a month, then i stoped playing when i came back they had newspapers and contests again but the news papers are now only one page when the used to be about 5-10pages
