Let us only concentrate on the productivity.
Mines and Wells can have more productivity in Yellow.
How about the others?
Seems all of the rest are better in Red from the instructions.

Someone said it is better to build TV station in green, but advertisement is not resourse, so I really got confused..

advertisments are different from the rest as they are technically a factory and you do produce more per hour in red area but because the production cost between red and green area is so much it is always better to build a tv station in the green area.

Yes, the bonuses are confusing. Mines and wells in yellow is the easy one. All kinds of factories get a bonus in red. I'm still a little confused abotu green, but I think the bonus goes to farms and plantations and such.

As Wyatt said, whn people suggest building tv stations in green, the suggestion is based on cost and profit, not just production rates. The bonuses above only refer to production rates, but production costs (as well as building costs) for any item increase from green to yellow to red. The trick is to determine if the increased production rate makes up for the difference in production costs. That answer depends on many things but primarily the market rate for the item.
