Raw materials have a constant demand and will always sell. It is no good making a product nobody wants. Stick to them as you need no research.

Right and wrong, they are certainly the easiest products available. But you will not gain the most profit from it.

yes over the long run as other markets change a lot over the week but raw materials change very little in general except power(It went from high right down and only recently came back up.)

For short and midterm stone and wood are good. My 100% Stone company on Realm 2 makes around 300M a day. For a long time I was making more than KOIS inc made. (He is the largest company on Realm 2.) However, down the road when we both hit Trillionaire he will make 3 times as much per building as I will.

Level: Trillionaire
Building: Mine
Product: Stone
Production costs with NPC raw materials: 3.69
Max Sale Price: 27
Max Profit: 23.31
Max Stone daily: 542,858
Max Profit: 12,654,019.98

Level: Trillionaire
Building: Joinery
Product: Wardrobes (Lets say Q40 Wardrobes by this point.)
Production costs with NPC raw materials: 2,355
Max Sale Price: 5,000 (Using 2,600 + 60Q)
Max Profit: 2,645
Max Wardrobes daily: 25,271
Max Profit: 66,841,795

As you can see Wardrobes, in the long term, will make 5 times the profit as Stone will.

To sum it up, Raw materials, like stone or wood, are great for the short and midterm. However, down the road products like Wardrobes, Leather Jackets, Diamond Rings, Textiles, and even Plastic, Gas and Oil make more money than raw materials.
