just 21 non-premiun buildings??

I'm sure you can see THAT IT WAS ME that opened the thread you posted - and I can tell you that they were unable to sort it.
(So actually not really very good come back is it!!!???)

Well, I will contact both admins AGAIN. My experience is that nothing can be done about this. I'd like to hear from people that have actually had these buildings sucessfully unlocked. And not people that have heard from a friend of a friend, who has a cousin, whos postman's son it happened to.

EDIT: In fact, did you actually read that thread you posted???? She clearly says it cannot be fixed!!

OK - I raised this complaint about 9 months ago - like I said I've spoken to both the admins. And although Pearlbay said that in the forum - the outcome of my complaint was 2 weeks free premium.
I wrote back saying "This doesn't solve the problem" and that was the last I heard.
So please tell me these people that you know that have had it fixed.
