Margins for power, stones and water stay high because players old enough to have researched Q can make more per sqm running chains or shops, even at lower margins, than by competing in Q0 industries.

just a thought: how about selling lets say 1 billion units of power to someone for 0.25 and he then sells you back the same power at 0.26. repeated 100 times thats 1 billion caps

to me selling at favourable price to smaller companies and at high prices to companies bigger than you shouldnt be bannable.

other thing is when there are several small companies pumping a big company, that should remain bannable.

I agree what Greed has said: Selling above production cost is not considered cheating.

This is capitalist game, but a good relationships among players also important. Helping friends or some players but not below the cost price or over too much is a must to help the game grows.

Those who disagree and think it is unfair then should think deeper: why nobody helping you? Maybe you are not friendly and helpful in game? For me, no matter game or real life, a good relationships will always help you to win ;)
That's why sometime you must know how to give away and not only think to earn as much as possible.

Sorry for my bad english.

... I think that is the only, possible "golden rule" to avoid misunderstandings and abuses...
Just an example : I'm selling power to a big company since one year, the price is 0,09 (and it was absolutely "realistic" in that period...). Perhaps someone could say now I'm cheating (actual price is 0,26), but good relationships with my buyer allowed me to grow up in these months, 'cause he always payed me every day for 365 days.... I can assure you this was oxygene for a small company...

you can always use auctions to set your price - and as the final price is decided by competition and demand then the price you finally sell for cant be considered as cheating.

Let's make an example (all numbers are fictitious and are chosen for illustration!):
Image an auction for wardrobes that ends at 300 Caps/each because there was no demand and the auction-starter made no starting bid...

Do you think that this would be in conformity with the rules because it was an auction? I guess not... ;)
So the rules that you must not sell too low or too high are binding for all trades.

There is no clear "guideline" since when something is considered as cheating or not. There cannot be such a guideline.
Trades with unallowed advantages can lead to a ban of your account.

I think this kind of discussion should stopped, as there is nobody wrong and right. Since we love this game, we should follow it's rules.
