how do you make gas?

All I can find is oil. How do I make gas so I can sell it at my gas station?

As it says in the help file....
Gas

elements: 0.2 hl Oil 5 kWh Power

produce: Factory

sell: Gas station

research: Chemical RC
You need a factory and 25kwh of Power to turn 1 oil into 5 gas
