Stupid production question

If i expand my production building from 20m to 40m will that produce the same as if i had two seperate buildings

just trying to figure out whats better money wise

Don't expand any buildings until you have filled your available slots

2 buildings of 20 m2 produce more then 1 building of 40 m2.

A second building will produce more than expanding to 40m2 plus you get a free worker with the new building (Reducing the cost a little more)

However keep in mind the 60 building limit and don't build so many that you are having to sell them later in order to reshape your company
