when you sell things say in a gas station is it the more employes there are the farter they sell

That is right. The more employees in a store the faster your products are sold. (The more employees in a factory the faster you can produce products.)

Also, Ads increase the sale time of a store aswell. 40,000 Ad points (Any point over 40,000 is not effective) sell products in half the time as a store with the same employees and 0 Ad points.
