Research Buildings - How many?

I am researching oil.. so I have a mine and well RC building. Im noticing the time required to increase the Q level is ggeting quite high and trying tio see if there is a way to combat this..

If a build second mine + well RC building will it let me research the next level whhile the previosu sis till ongoing (ie 2 Q levels at a time)?

eg You are researching Q 4 and this will take anohter 10 hours, if a had a 2nd mine and well rc building avalible NOW would i be able to research Q5 at the same time as Q 4 is being researched?

So basically is it worht having 2 research buildings of the same type

Isn't there an option to add more researchers? That way you'd research faster.

No, it's not if you want to research one product because you can research just one product at one time, regardless of the number of research departments.
If you want to research two items at once you can use two RCs.

To add more researchers you need to expand the building first.

So if I expand the building i can research quicker?

So i guess u can only research 1 type of thing at once, kinda makes sense
