how to make q1 products

sir i have research oil 1 but i cant getting q1 oil how to get that helpme

Research is worked out like this:

Quality of all Products needed to produce final Product are added up, then add the Research you have for the final product.
This is all then divided by the amount of products used to make it.

So for Oil it is:

Power(Q0 always)+Oil research(Q1 in your case)=1

1/2=0.5 and since research is always rounded down thats Q0...

So to make Q1 oil you will need to research Q2 oil

Oh and also on a production building, click ready to give the detailed view and in the top left of it somewhere it will say Quality level(or something like that) click edit and when on that screen set it to 127(Currently the maximum research level attainable)
