no quest for months

there is months than I never receive quests or even funny messages. is there a level where it stop or is there something I should have done ?

So am I, I've not recieved any for 4 months, maybe even more. I reckon it is because of level

It is 100% random. I recieved a funny message not to long ago on Realm 1 where I am a Tycoon. (As you can see level doesn't effect anything.)

Well there are only so many quests and funny messages that have been created.

I don't know exactly how many funny messages there are all i know is that there are only 5quests. If you recieved a lot of funny messages etc at the beginning you may be running out possibly

Personally i love em and have recieved most of mine i think

The messages are random, usually funny, messages that come from the system. They have nothing to do with your cash and fixed assets.
