selling buildings

potentially silly question here.

im not a noob, but not a veteran.

i have some buildings that i want to sell.

they are around the 300m mark.

should i get rid of them now or expand them to 1000m or so to sell ?

im assuming that only high level players buy buildings, and it would cost them lots to expand if they bought smaller ones, and might not bother...

get them to 1000m2 or 2000m2
not many ppl will buy 300m2 building cos it will cost them to much time to expand

Like IMV said expand them to a, What i call milestone. Such as 1000m2, 4000m2, 8000m2, 12000m2 etc etc

I want to add something here.

There are some buildings who currently aren't worth much.
I refer to media buildings (Media RC/TV Station) who currently aren't really wanted and some buildings in wrong countries (red plantations/yellow factories)

Most of them just aren't worth expanding.
Try to sell them cheap or just sell to system.

People buying red/yellow plantations/cattle breedings are very rare...
