How come lots of players are selling more than NPC does ? Theorically, their stuff should never sell. Some of them sell twice or even ten times NPC price .

some put in qualities higher than the npc. different qualities have different value
there's been some speculation in quantities previously. i don't know the state of this, but i believe there were some who were selling power higher priced than npc because they could deliver quantities much larger than the npc (it would take a lot of clicks with npc, so people were willing to pay for simplisity)
"lottery". every now and then someone clicks the wrong ad, don't know the system or just wants to buy it away. there is also potential of making money this way.
the last alternative i can think of is people simply typing in the wrong price and not buying it back (perhaps hoping to win "lottery")

bear in mind that selling/buying anything overpriced/underpriced is consider cheating...
for exaple, buying/selling power at 100 caps.
npc quantity is now set at 100 mil,
so it isnd a problem now to buy half a bil of power like it was earlyer whe it was set on 10 mil(or even when it was set at 1 mil).

Buying or selling at under/over NPC price is not cheating...
Buying or selling at an exceptionally low/high price to the same persons continually is cheating....
If I wish to sell a product on the market for 20 below NPC or lowest market price...thats business so long I make a profit.
If I wish to sell at double the market price ..that might be silly of me but it is still not cheating(to the best of my knowlledge)...unless the same person continuesly buys that product at that high price.Then there might be a private pact...
